Mizuno ST-Z 230 Driver — 9.5° Stiff Flex Right Hand
$429.21
The Mizuno ST-Z 230 pairs a Forged SAT2041 Beta-Titanium face with a Z-Axis carbon composite sole design for a straight, low-spin ball flight and a dense, powerful sound at impact.
The Mizuno ST-Z 230 Driver is built around a highly resilient Forged SAT2041 Beta-Titanium face. As a high-strength beta titanium, SAT2041 maintains its performance characteristics and resists micro-fractures longer than commonly used 6-4 titanium, helping preserve ball speed over the life of the club.
A Quick Switch Adaptor provides 4 degrees of loft adjustability so golfers can fine-tune trajectory and look at address. The Z-Axis design balances carbon composite on the sole with a deep central sole weight, creating a bias toward straight ball flight and low-spin efficiency — ideal for golfers who want to cut down on errant side-spin. The wide, low-footprint head shape gives a neutral lie angle appearance at address.
Mizuno’s tour players expressed a strong preference for a “dense,” solid feedback through impact, so Mizuno’s engineers spent a year fine-tuning the sound profile to a more muted, powerful tone. This configuration features a 9.5° loft in Stiff flex, built for right-handed players.
